Group (commercial) plans

These plans are available to businesses for their employees (business must be based in our service area):

• HMO Plans: These options feature low copayments for services provided in our extensive network, and world-wide urgent and emergency care.
• POS Plans: These plans feature low copayments at network providers, plus the option of receiving care outside of our network, and world-wide urgent and emergency care.
• High-Deductible Health Plans: These HMO and POS plans are designed to work with Health Savings Accounts (HSA).

Medicare Advantage plans

These plans are available to Medicare beneficiaries who live in our service area. We offer several options with and without Part D prescription drugs so you can choose the plan that's right for you.
