Also known as "commercial" plans, our HMO, POS, high dedictible, and TPA/ASO insurance plans are available as an employee benefit for Space Coast businesses. Note: Business must be based in our service area, which consists of all cities in Brevard County, Florida (including Titusville, Cocoa, Merritt Island, Cocoa Beach, Rockledge, Melbourne, Palm Bay, and also Sebastian in Indian River County).

HMO Plans: These options feature low copayments for services provided in our extensive network, and world-wide urgent and emergency care.

POS Plans: These plans feature low copayments at network providers, plus the option of receiving care outside of our network, and world-wide urgent and emergency care.

High-Deductible Health Plans: These HMO and POS plans are designed to work with Health Savings Accounts (HSA), and offer employees more control over how they spend their healthcare dollars. When combined with an HSA, these plans also offer tax savings.
