Health First Health Plans is proud to offer several types of Medicare
Advantage plans so you can choose the benefits that are right
for you. These plans include all of the benefits you'd get with Original
Medicare, but also offer extra benefits and services that Original
Medicare doesn't cover.
Our Secure (HMO) plan offers medical (Part A and B) benefits plus a few extras, but no Part D prescription drug coverage. The Summary of Benefits and Evidence of Coverage below explain the details about this plan.
- Service area: You must live in Brevard County or Indian River County in Florida to enroll in this plan.
 Summary of Benefits — This booklet explains general information about the Secure plan and compares it to original Medicare. It also includes information about premiums, cost sharing, out-of-network coverage, any limitations, and more. (Español)

Prescription drugs
The Secure plan does not include coverage for Part D prescription drugs.
If you're interested in a plan that does include Part D prescription drug coverage, please consider one of our other options:
- Medical + Part D (MA-PD) plans — Rewards (HMO), Value (HMO), Classic (HMO-POS), and Platinum (HMO) plans include Part A and B medical and Part D prescription drug coverage
- Part D (PDP) plans — Essential (PDP) and Prime (PDP) plans include Part D prescription drugs only, but no medical services
