His professional interests include state-of-the-art minimally invasive arterial and venous procedures, hybrid vascular reconstructions, angioplasty and stent placement, limb salvage, venous disease, modern treatment of varicose and spider veins and non-invasive vascular diagnosis.

Dr. Ramadan earned his medical degree with distinction from the American University of Beirut. He completed his residency in general surgery at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill followed by accredited fellowships in vascular surgery and in critical care & trauma. He spent almost ten years in academics teaching medical students and surgical residents the art and science of Vascular Surgery achieving the rank of Associate Professor and Chief of Vascular Surgery before entering private practice. He has published several research and clinical articles in peer reviewed journals and surgical textbooks and presented at several national meetings. Dr. Ramadan has been in practice in Melbourne since 2003. He is the Chief of Vascular Surgery and the Medical Director of the Non-invasive Vascular Laboratory at Holmes Regional Medical Center and a Clinical Associate Professor of Surgery at the University of Central Florida.

Mark Rosenbloom, MD is board-certified in vascular surgery.

Dr. Rosenbloom's specialties include minimally invasive procedures using catheters, angioplasty balloons, and stents. He is trained in newer approaches for vascular disease including the use of stents for treatment of carotid arteries in the neck, expanded use of angioplasty, and stents in the leg arteries, and less invasive procedures to repair aneurysms in the aorta.

Dr. Rosenbloom also does treatments of varicose and spider veins in an office setting with local anesthesia.

Dr. Rosenbloom earned his medical degree from State University of New York Upstate Medical College in Syracuse, where he also completed his residency. He is also fellowship trained in vascular surgery from the University of Illinois in Chicago. He is also a member of the Society for Vascular Surgery, the American College of Surgeons, Society for Clinical Vascular Surgery, Peripheral Vascular Society, Eastern Vascular Society, Florida Vascular Society and the American College of Phlebology, and served as the chief of vascular surgery at Health First Holmes Regional Medical Center and currently the Chairman of the Department of Surgery.
