Diabetes medical nutrition therapy

Individual and group appointments are available with a registered dietitian to address individual needs related to meal plans and other health-related issues that affect nutrition. Physician referral is required for this service.

Support groups

Cape Canaveral Hospital offers an "Adults with Diabetes" support group that meets on the 1st Wednesday of every month from 10 am -11 am in the Physician's Dining Room (next to the Cafeteria.)
