| Pro-Health is proud to offer flexible month-to-month memberships
tailored to meet your family’s needs. After an initial enrollment
fee, members can pay monthly fees by check or credit card. We also
offer a discount if you pay by automatic electronic funds transfer
(EFT) from your bank account or debit card.
No long-term contracts are required — you may cancel your
membership at any time with no penalty. And, if you’re going
to be out of town or unable to come in for a while, you may place
your membership "on hold" at no charge, and you will not
be billed for the month(s) your membership is on hold. (Restrictions
apply, call for details.)
Membership types
Single — for one person.
Family — for a married couple and dependent children.
- KidFit — for members’ children age 12 and younger.
(Children must be age 13 years and older to use the facility for
non-KidFit activities, and may be added to the family’s membership.)
Senior Single — for seniors age 65 years or older.
Senior Family — for seniors age 65 or older plus a
spouse (as long as one spouse is 65, both get the special rate).
Corporate Discounts — Many local companies have made
arrangements with Pro-Health to offer group discounts. Please contact
your company for details.
