At the Health First Training Center and Center for Learning we’re committed to serving all healthcare professionals and community members by providing comprehensive, quality healthcare training and education.
At the Training Center, we offer a wide variety of educational opportunities that are designed to train individuals in a positive, high-quality, customer-oriented learning environment. Courses include: CPR, First Aid, AED Training, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Basic Dysrhythmia, EMT and Paramedic Refresher Training, and more. Our team of more than 80 skilled educators includes paramedics, nurse practitioners, registered nurses and physicians. We train and educate more than 5,000 community members and healthcare providers each year, from babysitters to law enforcement professionals. And we are the largest and only training center in Brevard County approved for all American Heart Association (AHA) programs.
The Center for Learning’s focus is on continuing education opportunities and career development for healthcare and non-healthcare professionals. Courses range from stroke management and phlebotomy to a management development course series. The Center also provides a number of annual conferences focusing on such things as cardiovascular, neurology and trauma-related subjects.
