Our clinical education team focuses on Orientation, In-service Education, Continuing Education and Competence Assessment for our clinical associates. Services include needs assessments, consultation services, student affiliations, and a full-service medical library. Programs include GN Internships, Critical Care Internships, Preceptor Workshops, Skill Fairs, Chemotherapy Certification, Charge Nurse Development Course, Continuing Medical Education (CME) and Phlebotomy. Several continuing education programs and professional conferences are offered covering a variety of clinical topics.

Although the following training video states you can pour Cidex OPA down the drain without treatment, Health First policy and local POTW (Water Treatment) regulations require the following:
After use, Cidex-OPA should be neutralized with a solution containing 25g Glycine per gallon of Cidex OPA such as Glut-Out, prior to discarding down the hospital or office drains.
