Assisting the Church of Our Saviour's Health Fair/Community Outreach Education effort, Cape Canaveral Hospital is supporting the Saturday, February 23 event, from 8 to 11 am. The Health Fair/Community Outreach Education event will take place in the gymnasium at the Church of Our Saviour, located at 5301 N. Atlantic Avenue in Cocoa Beach, about half a mile north of SR 520.

Cape Canaveral Hospital will be offering a $5 comprehensive metabolic blood profile and a $10 heart risk profile that includes tests for blood glucose, triglycerides, and blood cholesterol ratios. Fasting for up to 12 hours before these tests is advised.

Additionally, Cape Canaveral Hospital will provide men with a $15 prostate-specific antigen (PSA) test. Cape Canaveral Hospital will also be providing free blood pressure checks.

The health fair will also provide community resource information and door prizes.
