October 22nd event to raise funds for Artis Zeego Minimally-Invasive OR Imaging System
ROCKLEDGE, FL - The Health First Foundation's "Grape Escape 10" is sure to dazzle the senses with an array of new taste sensations. Scheduled for Saturday, October 22, from 6 to 11 pm, this year's food and wine-tasting extravaganza features an Escape to the beautiful Moorings Club in Vero Beach where guests will enjoy culinary delights created by world-class chefs.
All proceeds from the evening's event will be used to benefit Health First patients. Funds raised for the event will be used for the Artis Zeego Minimally-Invasive OR Imaging System. This equipment will create a "hybrid OR" that cardiologists and vascular surgeons will use for a variety of procedures. This technology is the first of its kind in Central Florida and will be a great advantage for surgeons and patients.
Highlights of "Grape Escape 10" include a multi-course gourmet dinner. Each course is specially paired with a top-shelf wine that is hand selected by a Certificate Level Sommelier.
Both live and silent auctions at the event will feature valuable wines, a one-of-a-kind necklace designed by Wesche Jewelers especially for this event, fine art, a special sunset cruise, and vacation packages just to name a few items.
The Vero Beach Hotel & Spa is offering a special discount rate of $179 to $249 night (based on availability). To receive the discount, guests must call 1-866-602-8376 and ask for the Health First Foundation Group rate.
Dick Beagley, Darcia Francey, and Myra Igo Haley are co-chairing this year's event. Phil and Jeanne Farmer will again serve as Honorary Chairpersons.
Cindy Wooten, Twin Rivers Insurance and Mick Welch, BankFIRST are co-chairing underwriting.
