Educational lecture series will help Space Coast residents navigate and understand Original Medicare

Every day, Health First Health Plans representatives take calls from local residents desperate to understand Original Medicare and how it will affect them and their family right here on the Space Coast.

To help unravel the web that is Original Medicare, Health First Health Plans is launching a new "Ask a Local Expert" public forums where Health First Health Plans experts will answer questions and explain the alphabet soup of Medicare Part 'A', Medicare Part 'B', Medicare Part 'C', Medicare Part 'D', etc.

"As the only local health plan in Brevard County, we understand that we have a responsibility to the community for those who have questions about Original Medicare," said Margaret Haney, president and CEO. "We are proud to offer these educational seminars to enhance their understanding."

This program is intended to meet the increasing demand among local residents for locally-based information from the people who know Brevard best. Our Original Medicare "Ask a Local Expert" sessions are being offered on the following dates, times, and locations over the next three months:
