Hospice of Health First hosts Memorial Tree at Melbourne Square Mall

Mall Merchants decorate trees for Silent Auction

The holiday season provides a special time for remembering loved ones we have lost. Hospice of Health First invites family members to honor their loved ones by placing a special ornament in their memory on the Hospice Memorial Tree located at Melbourne Square Mall.

The Hospice Memorial Tree, which is located at the Northwest entrance near Piccadilly and J C Penney, will be on display at the Mall through Saturday, December 22.

While there, take part in the Silent Auction of Hospice Holiday Trees that are decorated in unique styles by ten of the mall merchants, including Puppies Plus, Trade Secret, Reeds Jewelers, and many more. These pre-lighted trees, which range from 7.5 to 9 feet tall, will be auctioned to the highest bidders. Proceeds from the tree sales will be contributed to Hospice of Health First. The Silent Auction runs through Saturday, Dec. 8, at 8 pm.

Volunteers will be available at the Mall from 2 to 8 pm daily to assist with your ornament purchase and your Silent Auction bid. The special memorial ornaments are also available for purchase at the William Child's Hospice House, 381 Medplex Parkway, Palm Bay, Fl. 32907.
