Elizabeth Mattesi, PA
Elizabeth "Betty" Mattesi is a physician's assistant who has worked with Dr. Rosenbloom in Vascular Surgery for 15 years. She graduated from Barnard M. Baruch College in 1982 with a BBA (Bach Business Administration). Betty returned to school and graduated as a PA in 1988 from the Brooklyn Hospital PA Program where she was given the Program Director's Award for the highest GPA. She underwent further training at the Montefiore Medical Center and was awarded the #1 Surgical PA intern. Betty was also awarded the Michael Sheran Memorial Award for the surgical intern who displayed the highest Ideals of knowledge, dedication and professional conduct. After this internship she stayed at Montefiore Medical Center and worked with world renowned vascular surgeon, Dr. Frank J. Veith, for nearly 10 years. Betty relocated to the Melbourne area in 1997 and has worked with Dr. Mark Rosenbloom.
Betty was born and raised in Manhattan and her hobbies include cooking, photography and gardening.
