Nathan Allison, MD, is Board-certified in general surgery and was first to be fellowship-trained in robotic bariatric and general surgery in the state of Florida. His general surgery practice is oriented to colon, gastrointestinal cancers; hernia repairs; gallbladder, appendix; as well as robotics-assisted general surgery and bariatric (weight-loss) surgery, including adjustable gastric band, gastric sleeve, gastric bypass and revisional bariaric surgery. Dr. Allison also performs colonoscopies and endoscopic surgery.

Dr. Allison attended undergraduate and medical school at the University of Florida College of Medicine in Gainesville, Florida. He completed his internship and residency as well as a fellowship in minimally-invasive surgery, endoscopic surgery, and robotics-assisted surgery- all at the University of Texas in Houston.

His office offers a comprehensive medical and surgical weight-loss program for bariatric patients with a main focus on losing weight successfully for the benefit of their long-term health.

Dr. Fusco was originally trained in trauma & critical care, and developed his interest in minimally invasive surgery (advanced laparoscopic surgery) while a member of the United States Air Force. Dr. Fusco is Board-certified in general surgery with a focus in abdominal surgery including the treatement of colon cancer, diverticulitis, rectal prolapse, acid reflux, and bariatrics.

Dr. Fusco attended medical school at New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York and Johns Hopkins University in Maryland. He completed his internship and residency at Keesler Air Force Base in Mississippi and a fellowship at Vanderbilt University in Tennessee.

Mark Talbert

Dr. Talbert graduated magna cum laude from Marshall University in West Virgina where he received his bachelor of science degree and attended medical school.

Shortly after medical school, Dr. Talbert was commissioned Captain and is now a Major with the United States Army Reserves. After finishing the five year general surgery residency at East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, Tennessee, Dr. Talbert became attending surgeon at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Johnson City where he was also chief of general surgery.

Dr. Talbert performs the spectrum of general surgery procedures including breast, advanced laparoscopy, and pediatric, but has a particular interest in diseases of the thyroid and parathyroid.

John Bomalaski

John Bomalaski, MD, is a Board-certified, fellowship-trained gynecologic oncologist in Melbourne, Florida, whose practice is comprised of a dedicated staff providing comprehensive medical care for women with gynecologic cancers throughout Brevard County. Brevard's first and only robotic-trained gynecologic oncologist, he's one of only 750 such specialists in the United States.

Dr. Bomalaski received his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, Indiana, where he also served a four-year residency in obstetrics and gynecology. He completed a three-year fellowship in treating and diagnosing gynecologic cancers at the University of South Florida and H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, Florida. Dr. Bomalaski has authored and co-authored numerous articles on the treatment and management of gynecologic cancer in national and international obstetrics and gynecology specialty medical journals. From 1990 to 2004, he served in the U.S. Air Force where he rose to the rank of Lt. Colonel.

A member of the Health First Holmes Regional Medical Center medical staff, he's also a member of the Society of Gynecologic Oncologists and a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecologists.

Aimee Raup, DO, shares her Health First Physicians OB/GYN practice with Lila Hoskin, a Certified Nurse Midwife who has practiced in this community for more than 20 years. Both are members of the Cape Canaveral Hospital Medical Staff.

Dr. Raup's areas of focus include Urogynecology (treatment of female incontinence), vaginal restoration, and treatment of infertility using Intrauterine Insemination. She also performs many types of laparoscopic procedures, including total laparoscopic hysterectomy.

Board-certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology, Dr. Raup attended Bucknell University where her research in Chemistry was published and she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathy degree at The University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, Missouri, where she also completed a one-year medical Internship at Park Lane Medical Center.
