Become A Donor

“As a Health First associate and a father of a daughter who received the gift of life, the Tiger Team represents an opportunity to give back. As a healthcare provider, I find myself in a unique position. I have a chance to help educate others about organ and tissue donation. Every time I look at my daughter,  I think about all the wonderful people who made it possible for her to receive the gift of life. At Health First, we’ve made a commitment to organ and tissue donation. Now as Tiger Team members, we have a chance to increase organ and tissue donation by recruiting new members and encouraging others to sign up as donors. To become a donor, just fill out and sign a donor intent card or specify “organ donor” on your driver’s license.  Most importantly, discuss your decision with family members and loved ones.
