The Medicare Program rates all health and prescription drug plans each year, based on a plan's quality and performace. Medicare Plan Ratings help you to know how good a job our plan is doing. You can use this Plan Rating to compare our plan's performace to other plans. View our Stars Rating. Medicare evaluates plans based on a 5-Star rating system. Star Ratings are calculated each year and may change from one year to the next.

As an HMO, we provide members access to preventive care. Our Preventive Care Guidelines for birth to 64 years and for 65 years and older are simply that, guidelines to follow for the majority of our members.
