Jennifer Tite, PA-C

Urgent Care

Jennifer Fearon Tite is a certified Physician Assistant and a member of the Health First Medical Group (HFMG). She will provide care for patients at HF NOW Malabar Urgent Care. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from the University of Central Florida. From 1994 to 2003, she served as a Certified Nurse Assistant at Health First Holmes Regional Medical Center. After she earned her Bachelor of Science degree and Master of Medical Sciences degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, she began her career as a PA.

Jennifer served as a PA and Certified Correctional Health Professional with Armor Correctional Health Services, working with the Brevard County Jail system. She assessed diagnosed, treated, and educated patients in acute and chronic care clinics. She managed the infection control program and performed chart reviews as part of the CQI team. She performed daily documentation of lab and radiology reviews and medication reconciliation collaboratively with the nursing staff.

She then served as a PA for Logistics Health Inc., an organization that provides healthcare to government and commercial organizations. She performed comprehensive pre and post deployment physical and behavioral health assessments to military service members.

Jennifer also provided PA support for the local office of Florida Digestive and Liver Specialists. There she assessed, diagnosed, and provided patient care and education in office and hospital settings. She aided in management of the practice including EMR documentation, colonoscopy screenings, lab reviews, insurance exceptions, and medical reconciliation. Jennifer facilitated Hepatitis C and Colon Cancer Awareness programs. She served as the Infection Control Manager on the CQI team.

Most recently, Jennifer provided PA services for Diagnostic and Clinical Care Services (DOCCS), an independent urgent care group serving Brevard County. She provided patient services and education for patients in walk-in clinic setting. She assessed, diagnosed, and treated patients with acute conditions and minor emergencies including suturing and wound care. When needed, Jennifer referred patients for further medical care. She utilized meaningful use EMR documentation.
