Health First Foundation Scholarship
2014 Scholarship Information
The Health First Foundation offers several $1,000 scholarships to graduating local high-school students of Brevard County pursuing a career in healthcare.
There are a total of 12 scholarships available. These funds are made possible through generous donors from our community who wish to assist local high-school students with their educational costs and through the sale of 50/50 drawing tickets:
Genevieve Brombacher Memorial Scholarship
Dr. Thomas Garell Memorial Scholarship
Dr. Brian P. Gibbons Memorial Scholarship
Dr. Robert and Patricia Griffin Scholarship
Health First Foundation Shirley Ann Lopez Memorial Scholarship
Bruce A. Mochwart Scholarship (Restricted for JROTC students)
Marjorie E. Spezzano Scholarship
Vince Spezzano Memorial Scholarship
Guidelines and Requirements (You must meet all of those listed):
- Must be resident of Brevard County.
- Graduating senior from a Brevard County High School.
- Pursuing a career in a medical or healthcare related field.
- GPA of a 3.0 or above
All scholarship applications must be received by the Foundation no later than 4:30 pm, Friday, March 14, 2014. If you have any questions, please contact our office 321-434-7353.
